The firm has eleven people on the org chart and three roles holding load-bearing context. Two of the three are partners. The third is a senior associate who, by virtue of having been the only person to attend a particular set of meetings for two years, now serves as the firm’s institutional memory on roughly 40% of active engagements. This is a structural fragility, not a personnel issue.
